All sales are final, with the following exceptions.
A refund or exchange may only be requested within 30 days of purchase and is subject to approval and an additional service fee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If a refund is deemed possible, a 10% service fee will be applied prior to your refund being issue.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Within 30 days, an exchange may be possible if the replacement product is of equal or lesser value, subject to a 10% service fee. If the replacement product is of a higher value than the original purchase, an exchange is only possible if the difference is paid, plus a 10% service fee on the combined value.
